Trumpington Voices: Community Casting Call

Trumpington Voices: Performers Needed For New Theatre Project

Menagerie Theatre Company is seeking up to 20 Trumpington residents to perform in an original, exciting new play about Trumpington. Working alongside professional actors, a professional director and production team, residents will have the opportunity to be at the heart of the project.

No acting experience necessary, just enthusiasm! The project is open to all adults and young people (aged 12+).

The cast will reflect the diversity of Trumpington: multi-generational, multi-ethnic and multi-lingual. The play will harness the skills, experience and energy of all of its performers and will be a unique event in the life of Trumpington.

Two performances will take place at Clay Farm Centre on 8th and 9th June, 2018.

Supported by Cambridge City Council, Trumpington Voices is a Public Art project, gathering people’s stories from all over Trumpington’s diverse community.

Menagerie Theatre Company is the leading independent new writing theatre company in the East of England.
