Trumpington Pavilion is looking for an Assistant Manager for Trumpington Village Hall and Trumpington Pavilion. This is a part-time post, 10 hours a week, £9.68 per hour. The Assistant works with the Manager, Sue-Ellen Beadle, and is based in the office at the Pavilion. Please find below details of the position.

The Trustees of Trumpington Village Hall and Trumpington Residents’ Association are looking for an Assisant Manager for Trumpington Village Hall and Trumpington Pavilion. The buildings are at the heart of the community and this is a great opportunity for a local resident.
Trumpington Village Hall in the High Street has two meeting rooms which are heavily used by local groups.
Trumpington Pavilion on King George V playing field at the end of Anstey Way is managed by the Trumpington Residents’ Association in partnership with the City Council. With a hall, youth room and changing rooms, it is also very well used by local groups, community organisations, youth groups, for parties and by football teams.
The Assistant Manager supports the Manager (Sue-Ellen Beadle) in running both buildings and ensuring they provide a high standard of service. The Manager and Assistant work from an office at Trumpington Pavilion.
The Assistant Manager post is part-time, 10 hours a week, £9.68 per hour (equivalent to £18,672 full time, City Council pay band 2), with the option of joining the NEST pension scheme.
The ideal person will be local to Trumpington, highly flexible and with computer experience. We would prefer the Assistant to work core hours weekday mornings and to be flexible at other times, helping with occasional afternoon, evening and weekend cover.
