All That Glisters: Anglo Saxons, Beds and Gold

Alison Dickens from the Cambridge Archaeological Unit, will give a talk on the excavations carried out on the Trumpington Meadows site before the start of the work on the housing development and the subsequent research into the evidence found on the site.

This includes information about the bed burial and the gold and garnet brooch (Trumpington Cross) which is now in the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology.

The event will take place on 9 May 2019, 8 pm at Trumpington Village Hall.

All welcome!
