Trumpington Meadows volunteering – Wednesday 15 May

A message from Rebecca Green, Senior Ranger at Trumpington Meadows.

Apologies for the late notice, I’ve been on holiday. Just to quickly let you know volunteering is on as usual tomorrow from 10am. We’ll be raking up a spring cut on the Rainbow Reflection Garden area to try and improve the condition there, and removing some of the dock that is overtaking near the path.

Please bring the usual – your own gloves if you prefer, hat/sun lotion (it looks like it might be sunny!) and lunch – we’ll provide the tea, tools, biscuits and spare gloves as always. We’ll meet at the office.

I sent an email to some of you yesterday about a training session for the butterfly surveys. If you are interested in helping out with these and you haven’t received an email from me please let me know!

Hope to see you tomorrow,

Becky
