Planning Application for Anstey Hall

The committee has received notice that planning application for building 87 apartments between Anstey Hall and Trumpington Meadows has been submitted to the City Council.

The plans are for 87 2-bedroom apartments, flanking a new public park to the south of Anstey Hall in order to provide assisted-living accommodation for people over 65. The Listed house will be adapted to serve as the central facilities for the retirement community.

For any interested parties, please contact the Trumpington Meadows Community Committee or Andrew Roberts directly for comment by Tue 21 April 2020.

It is planned to collate/consolidate all the comments prior to sending to the council before their deadline.

… you may have heard that the Anstey Hall planning application has now been submitted. I’ve asked Amanda Nilsson to include this note in the TRA weekly newsletter.

Planning application for proposed retirement community at Anstey HallA planning application has been submitted to the City Council for the development of 87 apartments in the grounds of Anstey Hall and the adaptation of the existing Hall to support the apartments. A number of us went to a presentation about these plans in early December. The Committee is intending to respond to the planning application and would appreciate your input.
